Wing Commander Douglas Kendall OC (Order of Canada) OBE was for much of the Second World War the Technical Control Officer (TCO) of the Allied Central Interpretation Unit (ACIU) at RAF Medmenham.

He was involved with tasking, the allocation of resources, ensuring the quality of the ACIU intelligence product, dealing with a massive production of photography and liaising with a multitude of customers. He was actively involved in photographic interpretation and played a considerable role in the hunt for the V-Weapons.
