19028658 Sergeant E W Park was awarded the General Service Medal with Malaya Clasp, displayed here on the left. His service continued in the Army Reserves where he reached Warrant Officer Class 2 rank.
For 12 years efficient service he was later awarded the Army Emergency Reserve Efficiency Medal on the right, to which a Bar was added denoting a further 6 years efficient service.
These medals were donated by Major Hamlin MBE, a past Quartermaster of the Intelligence Corps Volunteers.
